DES PLAINES, Ill. -- New details have been provided following an officer-involved shooting in Des Plaines last month that left one man dead.According to the Des Plaines Police Department, officers responded to the 1400 block of Thacker Street on reports of a person who may be suffering from a “psychotic breakdown” around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24. (KOIN/AP) – The identities of approximately 3.5 million Oregonians are at risk after a data breach of the Oregon Department of Transportation left personal files compromised, the agency said Thursday.ODOT says the hack, which impacts roughly 90% of the state’s drivers license and ID card files, was part of a global data breach involving the data software MOVEit Transfer earlier this month.As first reported by The Oregonian, the agency knew of their connection to the breach on Monday, planned to go public on Friday to prepare employees for incoming questions. Police are searching for a missing 12-year-old girl who disappeared in Ventura on Thursday.The missing girl, Isabella Fuller, 12, was last seen near Clinton and Telephone around 1 p.m., according to the Ventura Police Department.Fuller is described as a girl standing 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 105 pounds with long black hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, and carrying a black backpack.She is a 6th-grade middle school student in the Ventura Unified School District. A suspected carjacker was arrested following a high-speed pursuit through Fullerton on Wednesday.The suspect was identified as Deshawn Ricks, 33, a Fresno resident, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.According to police, the female victim was sitting inside her SUV in a downtown Fullerton parking structure when Ricks approached her.
